HOW MANY MAGAZINES ARE INCLUDED IN A SUBSCRIPTION?

Flip City publishes every 2 months. A subscription includes 6 editions that are delivered on a bi-monthly schedule over the period of 1 year.

I ORDERED A SUBSCRIPTION OVER A MONTH AGO, WHERE IS IT?

When subscribing the subscription starts with the upcoming edition. If your subscription was ordered just after publication of the current edition you could wait up to 10 weeks for your first edition. The start date of your subscription is noted in the title of the product description.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

I HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION AND DIDN'T RECEIVE THE CURRENT EDITION. WHAT'S GOING ON?

All subscriptions are mailed, hot off the presses, via USPS 2nd class mail. Occasionally the USPS does not complete delivery. FLIP CITY replaces all missing magazines. Email us flipcity@flipcitymag.com and we will take care of you.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Log into your customer account on our Shopify store and there will be a customer portal that allows you to manage your subscription. If you are experiencing problems email us flipcity@flipcitymag.com

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We do accept international SUBSCRIPTIONS on our store. If you want to purchase past editions you have to contact us so we can invoice you. flipcity@flipcitymag.com
