FLIP CITY NEWS: Despite the widespread relaxation of masking requirements, the World Health Organization and National Institute of Health have issued a joint statement recommending the use of straitjackets for people who have the bad habit of pulling their masks down or aside to speak.
Said a NIH spokesperson: “We know it can be tempting to pull down your mask, to speak, or to breathe; this way you can’t.”
